BOXING & FITNESS
OUTLINE
Our boxing and fitness programme is led by the world renowned BKFC boxer, Luke Nevin! On this programme you will learn the basics of boxing and gain experience planning and delivering fitness sessions.
We will also support you with certifications such as First Aid training and mental health awareness. This is a great course for anyone interested in learning about and working in the world of boxing and fitness!
All equipment, hot meals and drinks are provided in each session.

FOOTBALL FOCUS
OUTLINE
Do you want to become a football coach?
Our NCS Football Focus programme can help you with qualifications and experience in-order to get you started! Gain first-hand experience in designing/delivering training sessions, understanding how to adjust sessions to different age groups, and walk away with First Aid training and Child Safeguarding certificates.

BREAKDOWN
This is a FREE three-day programme aimed at aspiring sports coaches and keen footballers (ages 16-17 years)!
Former Blackpool Academy coach John Murphy will lead the training workshops on day one, involving planning/delivering sessions, player management and of course we'll finish with tournaments!
The next two days include a tour of the incredible Manchester City Etihad Stadium and a Social Action community project! The aim of this programme is to build experience as a sports leaders and to promote leadership not only on the pitch but also in the community.

Do you want to make an impact on your local community?
Become a community Youth Leader! In partnership with our Central Park HUB in Liscard, our community leaders will be involved in assisting, planning & delivering community programmes and initiatives, ranging from food themed evenings for locals, leading our youth groups and becoming a member of the Central Park Hub team!
We will also support you with key qualifications/certifications that will help to boost your CV and employability, whatever career path you are aiming for.
