Giving young people confidence
HYPE aim to give all youths, irrespective of social background, gender, religion or ethnic origin, the opportunity to achieve their full potential. HYPE will achieve this by delivering broad, balanced and structured workshops in various activities.
HYPE provides a safe, enjoyable, exiting and challenging experience for all young people from 'hard to reach' youths to 'able and talented' youths. HYPE has improved 'hard to reach' youths in targeted areas, we've used local high schools, youth groups and various community centres in our research, which we continue to use during our programmes.
We don't just improve the youth's health, social and education skills; we also give young people confidence and a sense of achievement, which improves their self-esteem and outlook on life in the future.
Developing Skills
HYPE has also identified the importance of developing skills of young people which are in the 'able and talented' bracket, we promote the fact that able and talented have particular needs that must be met to realise their full potential.
